Please understand that we are obligated to continue marketing all vacant properties until we receive deposit funds.

Rental references or home ownership, employment reference and reasonable credit history are the most important items to us. Should an application be denied for any reason, all deposit funds less the $25/$35 application fee will be returned to you.
Move-In Funds should be in the form of cashiered funds (ie: money orders, cashier’s or traveler’s checks). If there will be sufficient time for a personal check to clear our bank prior to move-in, personal checks will be accepted. Direct payments from employers or wired funds are also welcome. Companies typically send a form or letter of commitment explaining they are responsible for payment.
Subsequent Payments may be made with either cashiered funds (ie: money orders or cashier’s or traveler’s checks) or personal checks.
Housing Subsidy Programs Some of our owners are willing to cooperate with Housing Subsidy Programs while others will not, so it is best to call and ask. References will be checked just as they are for other applicants. Under no circumstances will we falsify any forms or mislead offices that provide housing subsidies. For strong applicants, we will make every effort to cooperate with the program requirements and to go the extra mile to help you secure housing.
